In every student's life comes a time when finally the secondary schooling phase comes to an end. But, with this end comes endless confusion options in the form of science, commerce or arts fields. I am sure, that every dad or mom who is an engineer, doctor or a businessman would wish his child to follow his footsteps and continue the legacy., And, they are pretty right at their place. But, at the end it is the child who should have the ultimate power to choose his/her career of interest because to bloom in a certain area-interest in that field is extremely necessary., In India, a student opting for a science field consisting of engineering or medical knowledge brings every parent a sense of pride sidelining commerce and arts right away. Why does every Indian parent act hungry to stick a shining star to their by pushing their children towards the careers that are "extremely hot"?
Post exam period is a harrowing time for students and the parents alike. The question 'What next' has always haunted the students in the presence of umpteen choices. The parents also lose sleep over this thought even after the board exams are over as it involves a crucial decision that will decide their child's life. The Empowered Women's | Feminism Introduction to Women's Empowerment I find it very sad when in India people talk about feminism when it is actually a very limiting philosophy. So, what empowerment or who is empowering women? The women's have it all,they are already empowered, they are 'Shakti' this is all what our Indian philosophy has taught us. So,what is this question that somebody else coming from outside and empowering women ,that concept I have never really understood. When we are saying in your prayers 'Ya Devi Sarva Bhuteshu' what does it mean it mean O Goddess, who is within all sentient beings. Here, it doesn't talk about only women but the goddess, the feminine 'tatwa' or element is present in all sentient beings in men,in trees,in animals,in birds and everything. That Devi which is present in all 'bhutas' as Shakti , as Mother of all beings and we Indian worship that feminine as we come from that culture.
