It was the first ODI between Australia and India where Australia won the toss and elected to bat first. Australia gave the target of 236 runes in 50 overs after losing 7 wickets.
And in the second half India played well and won the match by 6 wickets ( 10 balls left) with score in board 240 runs. Dhoni and Jadav lead India Run Chase.
Dhoni finishes in Style with two consecutive fours at the end to finish the match. Dhoni (59*) and Kedar Jadhav (81*) put on an unbeaten 141-run partnership for the fifth wicket to take the hosts home comfortably. Coming down to chase, India got off to a poor start with Shikhar Dhawan getting dismissed for a duck first ball. Skipper Virat Kohli and Rohit Sharma settled down India before the skipper was trapped by Adam Zampa. But at the end Dhoni and Jadhav managed to lead the team an play a match winning game. They both helped India to win.
